Q: What should I do if I don’t receive the verification code when registering?
Please check the following in order:
1. Make sure your internet connection is working properly.
2. Confirm that your email address is entered correctly.
3. Check if the email was filtered into your spam folder.
4. Restart the app and try again.

Q: Do I always need to reset Bluetooth when connecting the fixture to the app?

For first-time setup, a Bluetooth reset is usually required. Under normal use, the fixture can reconnect without resetting Bluetooth, even after a long period of inactivity. However, if the fixture has been
connected and used in another scene, a Bluetooth reset is required before connecting it in a new scene.

Q: Why can't the fixture be added to a group via Bluetooth?

*Some fixtures can't be added to a group via Bluetooth. In this case, please use the WS-TB-1 transmitter box to add the fixtures to a group via 2.4G. *Include: FS-150/200/300 Forza 60B/200/300B PavoTube ll 6C PavoTube 15C/30C LitoLite 5C Dyno 650C/1200C TK-140B/280B/200/450

Q: How to achieve serial or parallel lighting effects in a group?

1. Serial effects: Lighting effects are displayed among the fixtures in sequence according to their address. This can be achieved by selecting Group Effect Mode or
by setting Group Mode to Serial in *Pixel Effect Mode.
2. Parallel effects: All fixtures display the lighting effects simultaneously. This can be achieved by selecting Effect Mode in a group or by setting the Group Mode
to Parallel in *Pixel Effect Mode.
*Pixel Effects are available on fixtures that support pixel functionality, such as PavoTube II X/XR and PavoTube T8-7X.

Q: How to adjust an individual fixture in a group without resetting Bluetooth?

You can use either of the following methods: 1. Select Manage Group to temporarily remove or re-add individual fixtures (by checking or unchecking them). The fixtures will remain in the
same scene.
2. Select Delete (select "Only delete the group") to move the fixtures back to the fixture list.

Q: Can scenes be synced when using the same account on different phones or tablets?
Currently, scenes and fixtures are not synced across different devices.
